Ruby-red colour with violet reflections, a characteristic lightly herbaceous smell, a dry, harmonious, sapid taste, rather lively. A wine to be consumed within two years of the harvest, served at a temperature of 18 °C. It goes well together with mixed casseroles, roast leg of lamb.
