Straw-yellow colour, a delicate, lightly aromatic smell, dry or mellow taste, warm, velvety and somewhat lively. A wine which should not be aged. Served at a temperature of 8 °C, it goes well with Italian “antipasti”, herb-filled ravioli and pumpkin-filled “cappelletti”, fried, haked and stewed fish.
