The Consortiuim Producers Old Acetaie was founded in 1979 and since then has been promoting Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in Italy and abroad, supporting producers and giving information to the balsamic vinegar lovers. Its goals are:
a-Help and give advice to its members to comply with rules
b- Help and give advice to its members to improve production, carry out research, organize events, conferences, meetings to enhance the knowledge of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO
c- Promote projects to increase the consumption of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO
d- Organise tastings of this product to promote it and show its quality, to allow people to get to know Traditional Balamic Vinegar of Modena PDO more accurately
