"Summer Nights in Enoteca", the wine tastings organized by Enoteca Regionale collected a great success during the entire summer. 

The last appointment will be on July 26th with Rebola & Famoso, two autochthonous grape varieties of Romagna. Since 8.45 pm Maurizio Manzoni, sommelier of the wine exhibiton of Enoteca will guide the public in a tasting in the suggestive cloister of Sforza Castle in Dozza. 

Rebola is the name that the grape Grechetto Gentile has in Rimini area and it is diffused over there for centuries. From the grape it is possible to obtain a fruity and velvety wine which become more complex after the refinement in wood barrel.

Famoso, also called "Uva Rambela" is a grape rediscovered and actually it is cultivated in Forlì, Bertinoro, Faenza, Brisighella and Bagnacavallo.  The wines are characterized by intense aromas with sweet floral notes, ripe fruits, exotic and dried  fruits. 

The wines will be matched with products of the region such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Mortadella Bologna.

The price for the tasting is 15€.

The guided tasting will be held in Italian.

The reservation is mandatory; the tatsing will be done even in case of bad weather in Enoteca, in the cellars of Sforza Castle.
