Description

It has an intense red-violet colour, a winy smell, a dry, full, palatable, harmonic taste with a minimum alcohol content of 11.50 degrees. A sparkling type is also available. Excellent if served at 18 °C depending on the version - matched with boiled pork, refined meat, stewed meat and light game.
