Description

Colour: intense red. Aroma: fragrant, distinctive. Taste: sweet and well-balanced. Minimum total alcohol content: 16%. Serving temperature: 10-12°C. Suggested food matching: chocolate cake, small pastries, biscuits. It can be released on the market after a compulsory ageing period (including at least one year in wood barrels), starting from the 10th November of the second year following grape-harvest.
