The Associazione Italiana Sommeliers (Italian Association of Sommeliers, AIS) was founded with the aim of qualifying the job of sommeliers. It was born over 40 years ago and is focused on professional courses, guided tastings, masters and wine competitions. Through its courses, recently many people approached the world of quality wine and food.
AIS Romagna is based in Cesena and its activities involve the provinces of Ravenna, Forli-Cesena, Rimini and Imola.
