"There is a wine community that is increasingly recognized and appreciated by the Italian and foreign public and sector operators. It is that of Emilia-Romagna. A team made up of over 200 companies and Consortia that within Pavilion 1 of Vinitaly has been able to speak with a common language, that of the promotion and enhancement of an authentic and contemporary wine culture". This is the comment of the President and Director of Enoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna, respectively Pierluigi Sciolette and Ambrogio Manzi, at the end of the Verona trade fair.
«The success of the Emilia Romagna wine - continued President and Director - is the result of the sector's ability to create a system. We are at the moment of wine 4.0 and Enoteca Regionale has managed to put in place a competent and qualified task force that, in these four days, has been able to convey the cultural and value contents of knowing how to make wine at all levels in an efficient and effective way. The 53 edition of Vinitaly was based on that of sustainability and wine tourism, essentially the ability to create a value that, in addition to being environmental, is also social and, above all, economic for the whole territory ».
Inside Hall 1 of Emilia Romagna, always very crowded with an audience of wine lovers and sector operators, bearing witness to the great attention and visibility acquired by our wines, many famous people have also passed, from the vice- premier and Minister of Labor Luigi Di Maio to national sporting champions such as Andrea Lo Cicero, the comedian Vito, the host and well-known TV face Giorgione, historical hosts of the radio broadcast "Decanter" Fede & Tinto and the food and wine writer Graziano Pozzetto.
The evening of “Vinitaly in the city” was also a great success, the Fuori Salone that combined food and wine and entertainment, hosting the comedian Paolo Cevoli.
