SPERGOLA. A Grape from Reggio Emilia. A journey through history, wines and territory.
Presentation of the first detailed monography about Spergola: an almost forgotten grape that finds its natural place among Reggio Emilia’s hills, from river Enza to river Secchia from West to East. An ancient grape but also a new one; a further demonstration of a land that contains a strong enogastronomic identity, a value to be protected by all means.
