Enoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna on October 12th, 19th and 26th from 8.30 pm will organize a new course to discover the wine from the vineyard to the table that will be held in Enoteca, in the Sforza Castle of Dozza.
Maurizio Manzoni, responsible of the wine shop of Enoteca, and Vittorio Pasini, AIS sommelier will held three night to explore the cultivation and character of grapes and the vinification techniques.
The lectures will be held in Italian.
