Trebbiano

Trebbiano

Simple things show themselves with authenticity and immediacy but often hide unexpected depths; knowing how to appreciate them can open the doors to happiness.

The large number of Trebbiano vineyards in the area has made this wine a mainstay for sociable occasions. It is often used to accompany the local foods, the most famous of which is the piadina, the famous flat bread of Romagna.

- MIRKO …IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT FLOUR AND WATER…THERE’S THE HARDHEADEDNESS OF PANTANI, THE JOY OF BALLROOM DANCING , THE GOODHEARTEDNESS OF THE BEACH LIFEGUARDS AND THE ART OF FELLINI

- RAOUL THE PIADENA SHOULD BE EATEN WITH A GOOD GLASS OF THE RIGHT TREBBIANO

- MIRKO ...AND WHERE’S MINE?

- RAOUL WE’LL COME TO THAT LATER…YOU DRINK THE WATER

- MIRKO …IF RAOUL CASADEI SAYS SO…

A generous and sincere wine.
In Emilia Romagna, Trebbiano is synonymous with lightheartedness and cheer.

The territory

Piadina and Trebbiano, a combination whose renown has crossed over the mountains and oceans, to become known by millions of people all over the world.

Visitors travel hundreds, or even thousands of kilometres to enjoy the festive atmosphere that characterizes the resorts on the Adriatic Sea. But also to see the cities of art, such as Ravenna, a jewel of art and architecture where the most famous Byzantine mosaics in the world hold visitors in awe; or Rimini, whose historic centre still shows evidence of its age-old history.

History and tradition abound too in the small inland towns, particularly well loved by those seeking peace and quiet away from the mass tourism of the coastline; here, among small artisan shops and accommodation where there is still a family touch, the soul of Romagna shows its most authentic side.
