Trebbiano Romagnolo 70% and 30% Sauvignon and Malvasia di Candia. It is tolarated to include a maximum of 5% of other white grapes recommended or allowed in the provinces of Ferrara and Ravenna.
A pale straw-yellow colour, light, delicate, pleasant, characteristic smell. It has a fresh and harmonious dry or mellow taste with a minimum alcohol content of 10.5 degrees. To be drunk young at a temperature of around 10 °C it is excellent with omelettes with vegetables, coot risotto and eel risotto.
