Straw-coloured, delicate and fruity smell, dry, sweetish taste. Recommended with artichokes and/or mushroom canapés, dumplings with hazelnut sauce, fish in general. Serve at a temperature of 10 °C. Minimum alcohol content of 11,50% degrees.
