Minimum total alcohol content: 24% by vol. 

Actual alcohol content: minimum 4% by vol. - maximum 11% by vol.

 

It can be released on the market not before December 1st after grape harvest. Tasting temperature: 12-14°C, long-lasting wine. 

Food matching: dried pastries, dried fruit; blue cheese with walnuts, pear, honey and/or mustard, elaborate puddings. Excellent outside meals.
