Straw-coloured, it has a fine and delicate smell, harmonic and pleasant taste. A dry and a mellow types can be produced. Ideal if served at 10 °C with fish, shellfish, ham, salami and the famous “piadina”. Under the Bertinoro denomination, the wine produced by raisins harvested in the commune of Bertinoro is obtained. Both dry and mellow versions are available, with a minimum alcohol content of 12,00 degrees.
