Straw-coloured, it features a pleasant smell, a dry and harmonic taste. It has a minimum alcohol content of 11,50 degrees. Ideal if served at 10 °C, matched with hors d’oeuvres, fish and white meat. A sparkling type is also produced, with a minimum alcohol content of 10.50 degrees. The dry version is excellent as an aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 8 °C.
