Description
It has a straw-yellow colour, sometimes with greenish nuances, an intense, deli-cate smell, a dry, fresh, harmonic taste. Served at a temperature of 10 °C, it is particularly recommended with cold hors d’oeuvres, shellfish, mild cheese.
