Its light straw-yellow colour shows greenish nuances; winy and delicate smell; dry or palatable, harmonic taste. A sparkling version may also be served.Recommended with hors d’oeuvres, fish and white meat, it is excellent for snacks with the well-known piadina. Serve at a temperature of 10 °C.
