Champagne-type wine ranging from a light straw-yellow color that varies in intensity to a rosé with a particular, delicate bouquet. Pleasant flavor ranging from dry to extra brut. Excellent as an aperitif and with appetizers made with cured pork products. Serve at a temperature of 8 °C.
