Barbera between 85%-100%. Max 15% other non-aromatic red grapes recommended and/or allowed for growing in the province of Parma and owned by the winery, with the exception of Lambrusco.
Ruby red wine with a very intense color, and a particular, pleasant bouquet. Dry, full-bodied, intense, particular flavor. Excellent with boiled pork and roast lamb. Serve at a temperature of 18 °C.
