Light straw-colored wine with a particular, delicate bouquet. Dry, full-bodied and aromatic. Excellent with appetizers, and seafood and vegetable dishes. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 °C. Also produced in the sparkling and champagne-type (Spumante) varieties.
