Merlot between 85% and 100%. Max 15% other non-aromatic red grapes recommended and/or allowed for growing in the province of Parma and owned by the winery, with the exception of Lambrusco.
Red wine with a ruby color that varies in intensity. Particular, pleasant bouquet with a herbaceous underlay at times. Dry, savory and slightly bitterish taste. Ideal with red meats and wild game. Serve at a temperature 18 °C.
