Pinot Noir between 85% and 100%. Max 15% other non-aromatic red grapes recommended and/or allowed for growing in the province of Parma and owned by the winery, with the exception of Lambrusco.
Red wine with a ruby color that varies in intensity, and a particular, intense bouquet. Pleasant, dry, velvety-smooth taste. Excellent with roast meats and sharp cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18 °C.
