Colour: ruby red, sometimes with violet nuances. Aroma: vinous with a delicate, intense, sometimes flowery bouquet. Taste: dry, well-balanced, sometimes slightly tannic. Minimum total alcohol content: 13.00%. Aged not less than 24 months starting from 1st December of the grape-harvest year, of which at least 2 months in the bottle. Its chemicalphysical- organoleptical features should be evaluated only after 22 months of ageing.
