Colour: ruby red, sometimes with violet nuances. Aroma: vinous with a delicate, sometimes flowery bouquet. Taste: dry, well-balanced, sometimes slightly tannic. Minimum total alcohol content: 11.50%. Serving temperature: 18° C, it lasts 2-4 years. Suggested food matching: pasta dishes (better if with meat sauce), white meat roasts, boiled meat, grilled mutton chop.
