Chardonnay between 50% and 60%, and for the remaining 50% to 40% estate grown grapes of Bombino, Sauvignon Blanc, Trebbiano and Pinot Blanc alone or blended. Yield per hectare: max 95 quintals
White wine with a light straw-yellow color that varies in intensity, and an intense, delicate, fruity bouquet. Dry, savory and aromatic. Excellent with appetizers, soups, white meats, and seafood. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
