White wine with a light straw-yellow color and greenish highlights at times. Intense, delicate, particular bouquet. Dry, fresh, aromatic flavor. Excellent with appetizers, seafood dishes, and subtly flavored second-course dishes. Serve at a temperature of 9-10 °C. Bottles that have been aged at least twenty-four months are marked “Riserva”.
