Cabernet Sauvignon between 50% and 60%, and for the remaining 50% to 40% estate grown grapes of Sangiovese, Barbera, Merlot, Montepulciano alone or blended. Yield per hectare: max 90 quintals


Red wine with an intense ruby color, and a particular bouquet. Dry, full-bodied, and slightly tannic at times. Ideal with first-course dishes and grilled red meats. Serve at a temperature of 18 °C. Bottles that have been aged at least twenty-four months are marked “Riserva”.
