More or less intense straw-yellow colour, a pleasantly aromatic and distinctive smell, a sweet or mellow, palatable or dry, fresh, harmonic taste; its real minimum alcohol content is of 10.50 degrees. Served at 10 °C, it is recommended for snacks with “tigelle” and salami, ham. The sparkling type is ideal for hors d’oeuvres and as an aperitif; its minimum alcohol content is of 11 degrees.
