Its colour is ruby-red, has a characteristic, a dry, harmonic, still, slightly tannic. Its minimum alcohol content is of 12 degrees. At a temperature of 18 °C, it perfectly matches roasts, grilled meat, game. The vintage type is to be drunk after 24 months from the harvest starting from the 1st November of the year of production.
