This ruby-red coloured wine has a winy, flavoured smell, a sapid, harmonic, sweet or mellow, palatable or dry taste. The sparkling version is also available. It matches pastas and boiled meat. The still type is to be served at a temperature of 16 °C, the sparkling type at 12-14 °C.
