Description

Its colour ranges from rosé to red; it has a pleasant, distinctive, fruity and fresh smell, a full, harmonic, fresh, dry or palatable taste, a real minimum alcohol content of 10.50 degrees. A sparkling version is also produced. Matched with stewed or grilled sausage, the still type is ideal if served at a temperature of 16 °C, the sparkling type should be drunk at 12-14 °C.
