Perlage: lively, fading (in the semi-sparkling type). Minimum total alcohol content: 10.50%. Serving temperature: 16-18° C (12-14°C in the semi-sparkling type ). Suggested food matching: cold cut meats, medium-aged cheeses, boiled meat, roasts.
