Malbo Gentile min 85%, 15% Croatina, Sgavetta alone or blended. Yield per hectare: max 160 quintals, max must-to-fruit ratio 70% (in the passito version max must-to-fruit ratio 50%)


Colour: from rosé to red. Aroma: intense and complex. Taste: sweet and well-balanced. Minimum total alcohol content: 16%. Serving temperature: 10-12°C. Suggested food matching: chocolate cake, small pastries, biscuits. It can be released on the market after a compulsory ageing period (including at least one year in wood barrels), starting from the 10th November of the second year following grape-harvest.
