This ruby-red coloured wine, with an intense, distinctive smell and a full, dry or palatable, mellow or sweet, has a real minimum alcohol content of 11 degrees. Serve at a temperature of 14 °C (sparkling type) or 16-18 °C (novello - young - type). It perfectly matches pasta with meat sauce, boiled meat, grilled meat.
