Colour: golden yellow verging on amber. Aroma: delicate, distinctive, well-balanced, pleasant, fine, aromatic. Taste: distinctive, sweet, well-balanced, full, velvety. Minimum total alcohol content: 16%. Serving temperature: 10-12°C. Suggested food matching: desserts and marbled cheeses. It can be released on the market after a compulsory ageing period (including at least one year in wood barrels), starting from the 10th November of the second year following grape-harvest.
