Aromatic Malvasia di Candia min 85%, 15% Malvasia di Candia Bianca, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Trebbiano Romagnolo, Chardonnay alone or blended. Yield per hectare: max 160 quintals, max must-to-fruit ratio 70% (in the passito version max yield 100 quintals, max must-to-fruit ratio 50%)


Colour: golden yellow verging on amber. Aroma: delicate, distinctive, well-balanced, pleasant, fine, aromatic. Taste: distinctive, sweet, well-balanced, full, velvety. Minimum total alcohol content: 16%. Serving temperature: 10-12°C. Suggested food matching: desserts and marbled cheeses. It can be released on the market after a compulsory ageing period (including at least one year in wood barrels), starting from the 10th November of the second year following grape-harvest.
