Ruby-red coloured; intense, distinctive smell; full, dry or palatable, sweet or mellow, pleasantly grass-like taste. Its real minimum alcohol content is of 11 degrees. Sparkling type: serve at a temperature of 14 °C; still type: serve at 16-18 °C. It goes well together with stuffed pig’s trotter and pork cutlets and chops.
