Its straw-yellow colour has greenish reflections; intense, distinctive smell; dry, harmonic, fresh, fullbodied, velvety-tasting. This wine, served at 10 °C, is recommended with sea-food salads, scrambled eggs, Parma ham. The sparkling type has a fine and persistent froth; the Metodo Charmat is ideal as an aperitif, the Metodo Classico matches the whole meal. Serve at a temperature of 8 °C.
