Description

Colour: more or less intense straw-yellow. Aroma: distinctive, pleasantly aromatic with a slight wood hint. Taste: distinctive, dry, well-balanced, full-bodied, tangy with a slight wood hint. Minimum total alcohol content: 11%. Serving temperature: 8-10°C. Suggested food matching: Fish soup, grilled fish. Aged at least 18 months (of which at least 6 in wood barrels) starting from the 1st November after grape-harvest.
