Sauvignon min 85%, for the remaining part Malvasia di Candia, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Trebbiano Romagnolo and Chardonnay, alone or blended. Yield per hectare: max 150 quintals, max must-to-fruit ratio 70% (in the passito version max yield 100 quintals, max must-to-fruit ratio 50%)


More or less intense straw-yellow colour, distinctive, pleasantly aromatic and delicate smell, dry, fresh, sapid, full taste. The sparkling type is also produced. It has a minimum alcohol content of 10.50 degrees and is to be served at a temperature of 10 °C matched with hors d’oeuvres, boiled, fried and grilled fish. Raisin type: goldenamber- coloured with a minimum alcohol content of 16 degrees, it is specially recommended with crispy pastry.
