Colour: golden yellow. Aroma: delicate, distinctive, well-balanced, pleasant, fine. Taste: sweet, wellbalanced, full, velvety. Minimum total alcohol content: 16%. Serving temperature: 14°C. Suggested food matching: it goes well with confectionery, puddings, tasty, spicy and marbled cheeses. It can be released on the market after a compulsory ageing period (including at least one year in wood barrels), starting from the 10th November of the second year following grape-harvest.
