Perlage: fine and long-lasting. Colour: more or less intense straw-yellow colour. Aroma: distinctive.
Taste: Distinctive, tangy, fresh, well-balanced, full-bodied, from dry to sweet. Minimum total
alcohol content: 11%. Serving temperature: 6-8°C. Suggested food matching: excellent as an
aperitif, suitable for hot and cold fish starters and fish-based first and second courses.
