Ruby colour, sometimes very intense; mellow, dry or sweet taste sometimes lively and sparkling. According to its flavour, it perfectly matches a number of typical regional dishes ranging from pastas to second courses of meat and desserts, too. The dry type is to be served at 18 °C, the mellow type at 12 °C.
