Straw-coloured with greenish nuances, pleasant, fine, fruity smell, dry, harmonic, fresh taste, sometimes sparkling. A champagne-type version il also produced. Perlage: fading or fine and lingering. It will match hors d’oeuvres truffle and/or mushroom canapés, starters, white meat. Ideal with fish risotto. Serve at a temperature of about 10 °C.
