Straw-coloured wine with an intense smell, dry or mellow or sweet taste, lively or sparkling. It is produced in four types: dry, mellow, sweet and raisin. A champagne-type version is also produced. Perlage: fading or fine and lingering. The dry version can be combined with starters, pastas, white meat and fish, too. The mellow version is particularly recommended with sweet cheese; the sweet type matches desserts perfectly.
