Straw-coloured, this wine has a dry or slightly mellow taste; sometimes sparkling and delicate, it has fine body. A champagne-type version is also produced. Perlage: fading or fine and lingering. The mellow type makes a fine end to any meal and perfectly matches cakes and fruit while the dry type is more suitable with fish, starters and pastas. To be served at around 10 °C.
