Description

Straw-coloured, it has a pleasant winy smell, dry or mellow taste; sometimes lively or sparkling. It is ideal with light starters, pastas, fresh-water fish and omelettes. To be served at about 10 °C. A champagne-type version is also produced. Perlage: fading or fine and lingering.
