Description

Pale straw-yellow colour; aromatic smell, dry or mellow taste, sometimes lively or sparkling. A champagne-type version is also produced. Perlage: fading or fine and lingering. It is recommended with starters, soups, fish, white meat and sweet cheese. To be served at 10 °C.
