Description

Golden straw-yellow coloured, its smell is intense, distinctive and aromatic, as well as its dry or sweet, still taste. It is to be drunk at least after 48 months from the 1st November of the year of production; its minimum alcohol content is of 16 degrees. Served at 10-12 °C, both dry and sweet types match fruit, desserts, pastry and cakes.
