Description

Colour: intense ruby red. Aroma: distinctive. Taste: dry, still, fine, full-bodied. Minimum total alcohol content: 12.50%. It can be released on the market only after the 1st April of the year following grapes-harvest. Serving temperature: 18°C. Suggested food matching: pasta dishes with meat sauces, red and white meat roasts and grilled poultry.
